All orders are carefully prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Our team meticulously checks each item to ensure it meets our exacting standards before packaging.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Our Thoughtful Returns Process
Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day window from the delivery date for returns or exchanges. This allows you time to ensure the piece harmonises perfectly with your space.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Like our made-to-order display cabinets that are tailored to your specifications, certain items are exempt from returns:
- Custom-sized or specially finished dining tables
- Personalised items with engraving or monogramming
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”
Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Packaging Guidelines
To ensure your return arrives safely:
- Return items in their original, climate-controlled packaging
- Secure fragile items like marble tabletops with ample padding
- Include all hardware and assembly instructions
Step 3: Shipping Your Return
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
- Standard Returns: Ship via DHL/FedEx (similar to original delivery)
- Free Return Option: For exchanges when the new order exceeds £50
Step 4: Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 3 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Timeline: 3-5 business days for credit cards, up to 30 days for bank transfers
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges (available for in-stock items only):
